Batman is probably the most intellectually brilliant mortal hero of comics. With no super-powers but with magnificent skills and shrewd brain he guards Gotham against all the evil forces. Many villains have fallen prey at the hands of Batman. It has been inventively and levelheadedly portrayed in comics but it hasn’t been getting the same treatment in movies until Christopher Nolan took over The Batman Franchise. Since Batman Begins, Batman character has been reshaped, revamped, reinvigorated, reenergized, modified, glorified and words will fall short for the awesomeness of Christopher Nolan’s direction.
Nobody had ever imagined that Batman will become so gigantic a character that Nolan turned it into. Featuring Christian Bale, Batman Begins was mature, intriguing, captivating and sensational; but The Dark Knight was darker, more mature, more gripping and insightful. It was a movie with humungous scope that it left us all dumbfounded at its climax. It was a true package of entertainment excellence which received both unanimous critical and theatrical acclaim around the globe by becoming one of the top five highest grossing movies of all times.
Now, The Dark Knight Rises is all set to keep us afloat in the ocean of surprises by adding more action, delight and enthusiasm. The first official trailer is out now, which promises a thunderous action and awe-wrecking-kick-ass escapade. It is gonna be bigger and more blistering. Tom Hardy plays Bane which is a perfect role for him; anyone who has watched Warrior will second this notion. But, as they say good things come to those who wait, so we all are gonna have to wait till July 2013 for its official release.
